Bedrooms
All rooms at St Marguerite have a 24-hour nurse call system and most rooms have en-suite facilities. Rooms are comfortably furnished and depending on your requirement, can be adapted to your needs. Residents are encouraged to bring small personal items and any small furniture to personalise their room.
There is a wide choice of rooms from contemporary to more traditional. Some rooms have their own private garden with direct access to the main garden. Most rooms above ground floor have stunning views over the Eastbourne, Sussex & beyond.
We also have double rooms for couples.

Dining
Our dining area is a relaxed and comfortable environment for dining and socialising. There is always a friendly atmosphere during meal times. Residents and their guests can also help themselves to a beverage or snack from our coffee area.
All meals are freshly prepared in our kitchen by our qualified Chefs and prepared with care and attention. Our home cooked food is prepared in our 5 star-rated kitchen using sophisticated cooking equipment promoting healthy eating.
The menu is varied and great care is taken to provide an interesting and well-balanced menu. Special diets can also be catered for and options will be given if the menu of the day is not what you desire.
We welcome any potential resident to come and try our meals and speak to our friendly team about your preferences.
Communal Areas
We have an inclusive open plan setting at St Marguerite and there are various areas our residents can enjoy socialising with other residents or visiting friends and family.
The main lounge is a lovely environment to socialise and is enjoyed by residents during activity sessions and events. Our landscaped garden is level access from the lounge, which makes it inviting to step out on a beautiful day at your leisure.
There is a secondary seating area for those who prefer a warm and cosy atmosphere to relax or entertain guests. For those who prefer privacy when visited by friends or family we have an attractively furnished snug area where residents can also appreciate the St Marguerite art gallery.
Gardens
St Marguerite’s secluded garden has level access from the main lounge and enjoys some of the most fantastic views of Eastbourne and the Sussex coastline.
Residents can enjoy taking a stroll around the garden shrub area and then chose to relax under the large central gazebo or even wile the hours away caring for their flowers at the raised planters.
Over the spring and summer months we have various events & activities, which include BBQ’s, outdoor games, outdoor dining & our popular gardening club.
